icedove-l10n-bn-bd software package provides Bengali language package for Icedove, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install icedove-l10n-bn-bd
icedove-l10n-bn-bd is installed in your system.
Make ensure the icedove-l10n-bn-bd package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep icedove-l10n-bn-bd *
